Primer periodo
Propuesta de aprendizaje: Conociendo la problemática Ambiental “Protejo el
Medio Ambiente”, “I Protect the Environment” “Acciones de los Humanos y Medio
Ambiente”, Human Actions and the Environment”.
Objetivos del Aprendizaje

Leo y comprendo textos narrativos y descriptivos o narraciones y descripciones de diferentes fuentes
sobre temas que me son familiares, y comprendo textos
argumentativos cortos y sencillos.

Introducción:
En la presente guía encontrarás actividades divertidas que te permitirán
practicar el inglés, a través de palabras y expresiones que podrás usar en
situaciones específicas de acuerdo con las necesidades e información de tu
entorno. En la Parte I, te preguntarás “Cual es mi relación con el medio
ambiente” y “Que debo hacer para ser una solución y no un problema” y conocerás
el vocabulario que te permitirá expresar ideas acerca de lo que siento acerca
de esta problemática. Luego, por medio de la adquisición de un vocabulario
básico podrás entender textos cortos en un Ingles básico que me informan acerca
de lo que sucede a mi alrededor, en el sitio donde habito, nmi ciudad, mi país
y el mundo en general y poder tener un enfoque critico pero reflexivo ya que
esta situación medioambiental no solo afecta mi entorno sino el mundo entero.
Ya que la información que está disponible, me llega en el tiempo real en el cual
están sucediendo los acontecimientos y me afectan.
La presente guía te dará toda la información necesaria para llegar a
nuestro propósito de aprendizaje. También usarás tu cuaderno. Esta guía está
diseñada para que trabajes durante dos semanas, haciendo momentos de pausa. Lo
primordial es que aprendas en casa y logres desarrollar las actividades.
Para poder realizar los diálogos y conversaciones cortas usando un Ingles básico voy a adquirir utilizando los siguientes componentes y
estructuras básicas del idioma Ingles.
Importante:
Pídele ayuda a tu mami o papi o
familiar en casa para adecuar un espacio dentro de tu casa, donde te sientas
cómodo para leer, concentrarte y hacer las actividades de esta guía.
Lava muy bien tus manos con agua y jabón cada vez que vayas a dedicar tiempo
a estudiar con la guía.
Si te sientes mejor con la compañía de un familiar para estudiar, puedes
invitarlo (a). Su presencia y apoyo pueden ayudarte a comprender.
¿Qué voy a Aprender? Las siguientes estructuras idiomáticas, vocabulario y

know that, Nowadays ,not only in Colombia, but all over the world , people have
to act in a different way because of the pandemia.We can’t share with friends
or family who live far from our houses, and all the time we listen about
problems.
But
I think Virtual or remote learning has reminded us that powerful learning can
only happen when we are engaged, energetic and focussed.
Don’t
you think, it’s the time to think in a possitive way?, we have to re-organize
our schedule and be creative and
independent. We have a new challenge ! don’t you agree? ( write your
answer in your notebook, and remember ¡BE POSSITIVE!, LET’S TALK ABOUT OUR

1:READ THE FOLLOWING TEXT.

Robots When will we have robots? We already have many kinds of robots! Industries use a variety of robots and now
robots are becoming more common at home. For example, a company makes a lawn mowing robot
called the Auto Mower. The robot has
sensors that detect where objects are in the yard and it maneuvers around
them. The robot can cut the grass
while you relax on the yard with a glass of lemonade! Also, another company now makes a robotic
vacuum cleaner. Like the robot lawn
mower, the vacuum cleaner automatically detects where the furniture is and
vacuums around it. In the future cars will become robots and now many
cars have GPS (Global Positioning Systems) on them. A car with a GPS system will give you
directions on how to go somewhere, will tell you where the closest gas
station is, and, some day in the future, will drive itself. You will take a nap or read while the car
drives itself to your destination. We will have robotic pets. A company will make a robotic dog that will
sit, will stand, and will walk like a regular dog , and he will
also communicate and take pictures! We
will name it Coco.Let’s tell you that Coco will be very interesting, he will understand certain commands, like a dog
does, such as "Sit down", "Stand up", "Turn
right", etc. If you will ask coco
a question such as "How old are you?", its eyes will flash the number
of years old it is. Coco will be also a great guard dog. He will patrol the yard and will take
pictures with a built in camera of anything suspicious, and maybe he
will help you at home. |

FUNCTIONS OF
THE SIMPLE FUTURE TENSE
The simple future refers to a time later than
now, and expresses facts or certainty. In this case there is no 'attitude'.
The simple future is used:

To predict a future
event:
It will rain tomorrow.
·
With I or We, to
express a spontaneous decision:
I'll pay for the tickets by credit card.
·
To express
willingness (disposition):
I'll do the washing-up.
He'll carry your bag for you.
·
In the negative form,
to express unwillingness:
The baby won't eat his soup.
I won't leave until I've seen the manager!
·
With you, to give
orders:
You will do exactly as I say.
·
With you in the
interrogative form, to give an invitation:
Will you come to the dance with me?
Will you marry me?
